You are invited to an incredible winter yoga retreat to be held January 9-16 2010 at the beachfront Shambala Petit Hotel in Tulum, Mexico! Immerse yourself in the healing ocean, run or walk on the white sand beaches, and dive into your yoga practice to experience and embody healing and profound transformation! Yoga classes open to all levels; a variety of pranayama techniques will be offered and explored, as well as longer meditations. Morning asana practices will challenge you to expand your repertoire and afternoon practices will deepen your experience with hip openers, forward bends, and twists. This is the retreat to take your practice to a whole new level of understanding and integration. Inversions and long guided savasanas with live music will be offered to feed your soul and nurture your Spirit.
